儿童巨输尿管症的磁共振尿路造影诊断

Magnetic resonance urography diagnosis of megaloureter in children

目的 探讨磁共振尿路造影(MRU)诊断儿童巨输尿管症的价值。方法 10例巨输尿管症患儿术前作IVU、BUS和MRU检查,MRU应用重T_2加权脂肪抑制快速自旋回波序列。对照分析MRU影像与手术结果,比较MRU与IVU、BUS在巨输尿管症诊断中的作用。结果 MRU影像与手术结果完全一致,对巨输尿管症的诊断正确率100％。病变累及单侧的7例,双侧的3例,患侧输尿管全段迂曲,管腔显著扩张。结论 MRU是诊断儿童巨输尿管症的理想手段。

To study the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance urography(MRLI) in megaloureter in children, Methods 10 children with megaloureter were performed IVU, BUS and MRU preoperatively, heavily T2 -Weighted fat suppression turbo spin echo sequence was utilized in MRU. The MRU data were analyzed and correlated with surgical outcome, and MRU was compared with IVU and BUS. Results MRU findings were found perfectly to be consistent with surgical outome, with an accuracy of 100%. Bilateral megaloureter was noted in 3 children and unilateral megaloureter noted in 7. On MRU, megaloureter presented as circuity and eilatalion of ureter. Conclusion MRU is of great value in the diagnosis of megaloureter in children.
