摘要
首先分析了电子商务和电子商务平台的现状，并提出了一种新型的电子商务平台模型，然后分析了在该电子商务平台模型中使用的关键技术，最后指出了电子商务平台的两个发展方向。
Firstly, this paper reviews the aspects of ebusiness notions and ebusiness platforms, and suggest a new ebusiness platform model which can supports cooperation and intelligent decision. Secondly, this paper discusses the key technologies used in the ebusiness platform model. Finally, this paper point out the two develop aspects of the ebusiness platform.
