Dynamic Processes Testing Technology of Electromagnetic Apparatus Based on Soft Measurement

针对现阶段电磁电器动态测试技术难以满足电器技术发展需要的现状 ,将软测量这一新兴工业技术引入电磁电器领域 ,提出了基于软测量的电磁电器动态过程测试技术。介绍了应用软测量的前提条件 ,在自行研制的光机电电磁电器动态测试装置中 ,成功地融入了软测量技术 ,并以CJ2 0— 10 0A为例 ,实现了动态过程的软测量。该项技术的实际应用与深入研究将提高电器技术的发展水平。

It is necessary for us to develop the dynamic testing technology of electromagnetic apparatus to meet the evolution of electrical apparatus.Accordingly,we introduce soft measurement technology,which is a rising industry thchnique,into the testing field of electromagnetic apparatus and describe the preconditions of soft measurement applied in this field.We have developed a dynamic testing device of electromagnetic apparatus,which merges the techniques of optics,mechanism,electricity,as well as soft measurement successfully.As an example,the dynamic processes soft measurement is carried out by application the device to CJ20-100A AC contactor.It is no doubt that the development level of electrical apparatus would be enhanced along with the extensive application and deep researching of soft measurement technology.
