摘要
南方潮湿地区电容补偿装置用电抗器常有烧损故障 ,一个主要原因是线圈层间绝缘垫块湿闪电压降低。对线圈层间绝缘垫块施加多种复合材料涂层后的工频耐压试验结果表明 :氨基绝缘清漆和聚偏氟的复合型绝缘涂层可明显改善线圈层间绝缘块的湿闪电压并减小湿闪场强下降率 ,从而提高线圈层间绝缘块在潮湿环境下的工频耐压强度。
The fault of reactor of compensation device used in substation of electric railway is studied. The causes of fault are: 1) overvoltage causes the flashover or breakdown between layers of coil, 2) the surface moist flashover of insulating piece is reduced. The test of power frequency withstand voltage is made. The results show the compound- coating can increase the moist flashover voltage and the voltage withstand intensity of insulating piece at moist condition.
