分析绝缘击穿类型、电树和水树生成机理后找出诱发某企业 35 k V交联电缆故障的外因是过电压频繁、湿度大、电缆载流量低。经选用合适的绝缘料、屏蔽料、导体压接方法和连接接头盒 ,采用综合阻水结构和复合护套 ,初步形成不良环境下 35 k
A corporation tries to reduce the failure rate of 35 kV XLPE cable by improving the cable's quality. After analyzing the failure style and the generation mechanism of water tree and electricity tree, they found the outer reasons of the failure were the frequent over-voltage, the high humidity and the low load. So, chooseing correct insulation compound, screen compound, conductor pressed connecting technique and terminal-box, adopting the water-prevent synthetic structure and complex jacket, the safety of 35 kV XLPE cable and accessories in the bad condition is improved.
