摘要
加工旋转锉等复杂回转面刀具时, 砂轮与工件的相对运动轨迹一般是复杂运动,只有用多坐标联动的数控装置才能实现.为了验证理论推导和计算的正确性,本文对旋转锉的加工过程进行了计算机仿真.为充分利用国内外在计算机图形学和 CAD 方面的最新成就, 本文在重庆大学机械传动国家重点实验室的 Sun-CAD 工作站上对引进的 I-deas 软件包进行了应用开发,第一次将计算机造型应用于复杂回转面刀具的成形与加工.该工作站及三维图形功能对于特种回转面刀具是一个强有力的研究工具.
The machining of cutting tools with complex surfaces is a very difficult job that should be performed by use of the multi-coordination NC machine tool. The paper describes computer modeling of these cutters and simulation of the generating proceedle on the screen of the computer. The simulation results proved the theory and the calculation correct, so that the advanced achievements of the CAD/CAM could be used to generate the cutting tools with complex surfaces, such as cabid rottery burs.
