壳聚糖硫酸盐催化合成苯甲酸甲酯

Sythesis of methyl benzoate using chitosan sulfate as catalyst

以壳聚糖硫酸盐为催化剂 ,由苯甲酸和甲醇合成苯甲酸甲酯。考察了催化剂用量、反应时间及醇酸摩尔比等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明 ,在催化剂用量为 1 0g ,反应时间为 4h ,醇酸摩尔比为 5∶1的条件下 ,产品收率为 90 5 6 % 。

Methyl Benzoate was synthesized by the esterification of benzoic acid with methl alcohol using chitosan salfate as catalyst.The influences of the amount of the catalyst,reaction time and the ratio of alcohol to acid were studied.The experimental result indicated that when the amount of the catalyst was 1 0 g?reaction time was 4 hrs and the ratio of alcohol to acid was 5∶1,the yield of the product was 91 56% and the catalyst could be used for several times.
