摘要
聚合物 /金属修补材料由两组分组成 :一组分由金属粉末和过氧化物引发剂等组成 ,另一组分由乙烯基树脂、促进剂等组成。两组分任意比混合 ,可调成液状至腻子状 ,对各类金属均具有很高的粘接强度 ,它可任意成型 ,30~ 6 0min即可固化成金属感极强的聚合物金属复合材料 ,具有很高的抗压强度和耐磨性 ,可以进行车、铣、钻、磨各类机加工 ,颜色与金属基体一致 ,广泛用于金属零件磨损、研伤部位及铸造缺陷的修补和金属再生。本文就金属粉末 /乙烯基树脂聚合物金属复合材料及其胶粘剂的组成、影响其性能的因素进行了研究 ,用扫描电镜对聚合金属复合材料的形貌、磨损机理进行了探讨 。
Polymer/Metals composite consists of two components one is composed of metal powder [reinforcing phase]and initiator BPO,another is composed of unsaturated polyester resin[matrix phase] and activator,The 2 components could be mixed with any required consistency from thin liquid to tough paste-like,cured within 30 min.at room temperature.After curing it is workable like metal,showing excellent mechanical properties:high resistance against wear and abrasion,excellent metal structure,especially on machining.Polymer/metals are used in reconstruction of machinery components or metal rebuilding,repair,maintenance subject to mechanical stress which leads to fractures wear or corrosion.In this paper,the polymer/metals composite and its adhesive have been studied by using SEM The structure and the wear mechanisms of the composite have been analyzed.Some concepts and ways of solution for improving the property of the composite are put forward in this paper.
