GJT—高辐射陶瓷涂料在电站锅炉的应用

摘要 对GJT -高辐射陶瓷涂料在哈尔滨炼油厂电站 3# 锅炉管壁和炉膛内壁喷涂前后的节能效果进行了对比测试。锅炉热效率提高了 1 2 % 。 The comparison of energy-conserving tested before and after spraying GJT-high radiation ceramic coating onto the inner wall murfaces of 3 # boiler tube and the burner heart of the hydropower station in oil plant of Harbin was reported in this paper.The thermal efficiency of boiler raised 1.2%.The energy-conserving research has great economic and social benefits.
