天冬酰胺Schiff碱稀土配合物的合成、表征与抗O_2^-性能

Studies on Synthesis, Characterization and Scavenging Effect on O_^-2 of Asparagine Schiff Base and its Rare Earth Complexes

合成了天冬酰胺 邻香草醛Schiff碱稀土配合物 ,用元素分析、摩尔电导率、磁化率测定、差热分析、红外与紫外光谱、1HNMR谱等手段对配合物进行了组成与结构表征。

A new asparagine Schiff base and its complexes with rare earth element are synthesized and characterized with elemental analysis, molar conductivity, molar susceptibility, TG\|DTA analysis, IR and UV spectra and 1H NMR. The scavenging effect on O -· 2 has been investigated through EPR spectra. The results show that their scavenging effect on O -· 2 is up to 85%. It is proved that the compounds synthesized in this work show good physiological activities.
