The analysis of nickel in high rubidium content samples by XRF is difficult.The present method is to widen the content range of the rubidium in standard samples and to draw a diagram according to the computistical results. The nickel content was accurately determined in the rubidium content range of 2×10 -6 -1320×10 -6 .
