原子吸收光度法测定豆制品中七种无机元素

Determination the Contents of 7 Kinds of Inorganic Element in Bean and Bean-Product by AAS

采用 WFX- 1型原子吸收分光光度计对大豆及豆制品中 K、Na、Ca、Mg、Mn、Co、Sr进行了测定研究 ,结果表明 :大豆及豆制品中 K、Mg、Mn、Ca含量丰富 。

The contents of 7 kinds of inorganic element in bean and bean product were determined using WFX 1 atomic absorption spectrometer.The results obtained indicate that high amounts of Mg,Mn,K,Ca are embodied in bean and bean products.The bean and bean products are better foods for health and intelligence development.
