摘要 对反应蒸馏法水合环氧乙烷生产乙二醇的工艺进行了模拟。结果表明 ,工艺进料的水与环氧乙烷之摩尔比由以往的 15~ 2 2∶1降至 3∶1,且其转化率接近 10 0 % ,选择性达 98 5 8%。研究了水与环氧乙烷摩尔比、回流比。 A new hydration process of water and ethylene oxide by reaction distillation to produce glycol in high pressure was studied. The results show that the mole proportion of water and ethylene oxide introduced to the reaction distillation column is gone down from 15~20∶1, without reaction distillation, to 3∶1, and the conversion rate achieves to about 100% and the selectivity to 98 58% accordingly. The influences of the mole proportion of water and ethylene oxide, reflux ratio and operation pressure of the column were investigated.
