摘要 在苯乙烯的浓乳液聚合体系中 ,考察了两种可聚合的表面活性剂十一烯酸钠和新近合成的阴离子型羧酸盐类的表面活性剂CS 1的聚合行为。研究表明 ,与十一烯酸钠相比 ,可聚合表面活性剂CS 1临界胶束浓度低 (2 3mmol/L) ,对浓乳液具有优良的稳定性 ;CS 1结构中含有烯双键 ,在聚合产物中生成微交联共聚物 ,因而能更好地固定在胶体粒子的表面 ,其利用效率较高 ;所得的聚合产物耐醇水洗性能很好 。 Concentrated emulsion polymerization of styrene in the presence of two polymerizable surfactants, sodium undecylenic acid (SUA) and newly synthesized CS 1, was carried out. Study shows that the lower Critical Micelle Concentration (CMC) at 2 3 mmol/L of CS 1than SUA at 132 mmol/L enhances the stability of CS 1/styrene concentrated emulsion system. From GPC, it is clear that the final product of SUA/styrene system contains copolymer, which dissolves easily in alcohol/water. Microgel was found in the product of CS 1/styrene system because of two polymerizable double bonds. The efficiency of polymerizable surfactants was determined by the sodium content before and after the refining process through atomic absorption spectrometer. The results indicate that CS 1 is better than SUA and minimum polymerizable surfactant produces clean polymer;Contact angle of CS 1/styrene product was constant with the increase in CS 1 concentration. With CS 1, clean and monodisperse polystyrene particles (monodisperse index U =1 024) were prepared.
