摘要
合成标题化合物 ,首先是抗静电单体 (Ⅰ )二羟乙基二苄基氯化铵与环氧氯丙烷反应生成低聚物 (Ⅱ )二 (2 环氧丙基氧乙基 )二苄基氯化铵 ,然后经化学反应将化合物 (Ⅱ )引入环氧树脂中 ,得到抗静电环氧树脂 (Ⅲ )。由正交设计考察了合成抗静电树脂的最佳条件是A2 B3C2 。经过两年多跟踪测试其抗静电性能表明 。
The antistatic epoxy resin(Ⅲ) was prepared by the following way: dihydroethyldibezylaminium chloride(Ⅰ) reacting with epichlorohhydrin to form antistatic oligomer(Ⅱ) and then the compound(Ⅱ) introduced into epoxy resin through chemical reaction to form the objective compound(Ⅲ). The optimal conditions, i.e. A 2B 3C 2, for synthesis of the compound(Ⅲ) were determined by the orthogonal design method. The antistatic property of the compound(Ⅲ) was in restigated by more than two years. It is showed the antistatic epoxy resin have better antistatic property than common epoxy resin.
