Studies on the Biological Activities and Synthesis of Tri(2-methyl-2-phenylpropyl)tinoxide Derivatives

合成了 1 7个新的三 (2 -甲基 -2 -苯基丙基 )锡氧衍生物 .利用 IR,1 H NMR及元素分析确定了化合物的组成 ,描述了化合物 7的结构 .部分化合物的生物活性测试结果表明 ,它们具有很好的杀螨效果 。

Seventeen tri(2\|methyl\|2\|phenylpropyl)tinoxide derivatives were synthesized and characterized by IR, \{\}\+1H NMR and elemental analysis. Compound 7 crystallizes in the triclinic space group \%P\%1 with \%a\%=1.394 4(6) nm, \%b\%=1.484 6(6) nm, \%c\%=1.802 8(7) nm, \%α\%=77.777(7)\+o, \%β\%=82.425(8)\+o, \%γ\%=\{73.581(8)\+o\}, \%V\%=3.488(2) nm\+3, \%Z\%=4, \%F\%(000)=1 612, \%D\%\-c=1.509 g/cm\+\{-3\}. The\% ω/2θ \%scan technique was employed to collect data in the range of 1.16\+o<\%θ\%<25.03\+o. The refinement of structure for 14 452 reflections was converged to final \%R=0.037 8, wR\%=0.102 5. The molecular structure consists of four\|coordinated tin atom in a slightly distorted tetrahedral configuration. The bioassay tests showed a high acaricidal activity of some compounds.
