嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的耐药分析及临床治疗

Analysis on the resistant rate of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and clinical treatment.

目的 调查嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌在医院感染中的流行情况、临床分布、耐药性及抗感染治疗的效果。方法 对感染该菌患者的临床资料和细菌培养结果作回顾性分析。结果 30例病例中 2 8例为医院感染 ,以呼吸道感染最为常见 ,药敏结果显示该菌的耐药率为 4 0 .0 %～ 10 0 .0 % ;临床经验治疗表明多数经验用药错误。结论 嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对多种抗生素高度耐药 ,应引起高度重视 。

Objective To investigate the epidemic status,distribution,drug resistance and the effect of antibiotic therapy of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in nosocomial infection. Methods A retrospective study was done for analyzing clinical infection caused by Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and laboratory documents.Results Of the 30 infected cases,28 were nosocomial infection and most of them were respiratory tract infection. Drug resistant rate was ranged from 40.0% to 100% for the tested antibiotics.Clinical empirical therapy showed that most administrations were incorrect.Conclusion Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was multiresistant to various kinds of antibiotics and should be taken it on serious consideration.Clinical empirical therapy may choose antibiotics such as sulfonamides or quinolones.
