摘要
目的 :研究全小肠切除术后 ,大鼠残留肠道的形态学代偿能力。方法 :建立全小肠切除大鼠模型 ,术后 12周处死 10只模型大鼠为实验组 ,10只正常大鼠为对照组。测量盲肠、结肠和十二指肠形态学指标。结果 :实验组结肠、盲肠及十二指肠的长度、直径、湿重、腺窝深度、皱襞 (绒毛 )高度及黏膜厚度明显增加 ,差别有极显著统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1)。盲肠和结肠的代偿均比十二指肠显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :全小肠切除术后 ,大鼠残留肠道适应性代偿增生极为明显 ,尤以盲肠和结肠更为明显。
Objective: To investigate the morphologic adaptations of the residual digestive tract in the rats after total small bowel resection.Methods: Ten male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats (350~370 g) in the experimental group were subjected to total small bowel resection, and ten normal SD rats formed the control group. After being treated with entral nutrition for 12 weeks, all the rats were terminated and tissues harvested for morphologic study.Results: The length, diameter, wet weight, crypt depth, mucosal thickness and villous/kerckring height of the duodenum, the colon and the cecum in the experimental group were more significantly increased than those in the control group (P<0.01). Statistic analyses have shown that the adaptation of the colon and the cecum is more prominent than that of the duodenum (P<0.01), but there is no significant difference between the former two (P>0.05).Conclusions: Total small resection caused a pronounced adaptation in the residual gut, with the most prominent adaptation occurring in the colon and the cecum.
