阿维A酯治疗银屑病和角化性皮肤病91例回顾性分析

Treatment of psoriasis and keratini zation disorders with etretinate:a retrospective study of 91cases

本文回顾性分析了阿维A酯治疗91例角化性皮肤病(银屑病、毛发红糠疹、掌跖角化病等)的疗效和不良反应。结果痊愈49.4%,显效38.5%,好转8.8%,无效3.3%。有51.6%的患者出现轻微可逆性不良反应,以口干和皮肤干燥为主。阿维A酯对银屑病等角化性皮肤病有较好的疗效。

The effect and adverse drug reaction s(ADRs )of etretinate in 91patients with keratinization,including psoriasis,pityriasis rubra pilaris,ichthyosis were analyzed retrospectively.The result sh owed that the cure rate was 49.4%and e ffective rate 38.5%,8.8%of the patients with improvemen t and 3.3%with no effect were obtained,and 51.6%of the patients had mild b ut reversible ADRs.
