螺旋藻制剂调节实验性肠菌群失调症药效学研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究通过对不同浓度螺旋藻制剂进行药效学试验 ,验证其调节实验性肠菌群失调症、治疗抗生素相关性腹泻的效果。结果表明 :1)治疗前各组 10 0 %出现中、重度腹泻 ;治疗后第 6天 ,转为正常——轻度腹泻者 ,高剂量组和中剂量为 10 0 % ,低剂量组为 80 %。 2 )菌群分析结果显示 ,螺旋藻低剂量组双歧杆菌和肠肝菌数量水平早期均显著高于两对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,中剂量和高剂量组生理菌数量增加水平基本相同 :较自然恢复组增加非常显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,较生理盐水组增加显著或非常显著 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。实验提示 ,螺旋藻可显著缓解肠菌群失调症模型小鼠的腹泻症状 ,但有一定剂量依赖性。中剂量和高剂量均可迅速缓解模型小鼠腹泻症状 ,纠正其肠道菌群紊乱 ,两者间的治疗效果无显著差别。 The goal of this study is that determining pharmacodynamics on the experimental imbalance of mouse intestinal bacterial flora and the curing efficiency of antibiotic related diarrhea of Spirulina by assaying its pharmacodynamics at different concentrations. This experimental results have showed that:1)All modeled mice performed diarrhea at middle or severe before therapy. And after treating all mice of middle and high Spirulina dosage treating groups and 80% of low Spirulina dosage treating group performed diarrhea at mild. 2)The number of Enterobacter and Bifidobacterium of low dosage Spirulina curing group was higher significantly than that of two controls ( P <0.05) at the early stage. The number of 5 types of intestinal bacterial flora of high Spirulina dosage group was similar to that of middle dosage group, which was significantly higher than that of naturally restoring group ( P < 0.01 ) and physiological saline group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Therefore, we hold that Spirulina can attenuate diarrhea symptoms of mouse intestinal bacterial flora imbalance model, yet depending on dosage used. Middle and high Spirulina dosages can mitigate the symptoms of mouse diarrhea quickly, setting their intestinal bacterial flora in correct order. However, the middle and high dosages have similar contributions.
