全自动电动切割器在鼻内窥镜手术中的应用

The Hummer microdebrider-new technology in functional endonasal sinus surgery

目的 :改进鼻内窥镜下对慢性鼻窦炎及鼻息肉的手术治疗方法 ,提高疗效。方法 :采用美国 Stryker公司生产的全自动电动切割器 ( Hummer)对 33例鼻息肉、慢性鼻窦炎施行鼻内窥镜手术。结果 :Hummer能保持术野清晰 ,具有准确、安全切除病变组织 ,保护正常粘膜和重要结构。本组经 6个月～ 1年随访 ,治愈 2 4例 ( 72 .7% ) ,好转 9例 ( 2 7.3% ) ,无 1例发生严重并发症。结论 :Hummer确有使用简便 ,安全可靠的特点 ,它在鼻内窥镜手术中的应用有利于加快手术速度 ,减少手术并发症 。

Objective:In order to improve effect of endoscopic sinus surgery and reduce complication Method:Microdebrider 'Hummer' was used for functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) in 33 patients Results:Use of 'Hummer' makes opening of maxillary and sphenoid sinuses and revision of the frontal and sphenoethmoidal recess much easier and safer These patients were followed for 6~12 months,24 cases (72 7%) were cure,9 cases (14 3%) were marked effect No complications occurred in this group of patients Conclusion:This result indicated that the visual field is clear,operation is simple,curative effect is reliable,and the patient have little discomfort It is a good method for clinical treatment
