Effect of Bambuterol on lungs function in patients with asthma

目的 :了解班布特罗对哮喘患者肺功能的影响。方法 :选择 5 0例患者 ,治疗组 ( 2 5例 )给予班布特罗 2 0 mg每晚 1次口服 ,对照组 ( 2 5例 )给予美喘清 5 0 μg日 2次口服 ,疗程 4周 ,随访 2周。以用药前后 PEF、FEV1 、FVC变化为观察指标。结果 :治疗组用药 2周肺功能即有改善 ,清晨 PEF显著提高 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,用药 4周时改变最明显 ( P <0 .0 1)。对照组用药后清晨 PEF稍有提高 ,但与用药前相比差别不显著。结论 :班布特罗睡前常规服用可明显提高 PEF,控制夜间哮喘发作 。

Objective:To understand the efficacy of Bambuterol on lungs function in patients with asthma Methods:Fifty patients with asthma were randomly assigned into experimental and control group,each had 25 subjects Bambuterol was administered via a diskhaler with the dosage of 20mg q n in the former,and procaterol was taken 50 μg orally twice a day in the latter The treatment continued on 4 weeks for therapy at three stages and 2 weeks for following up All patients were provided with dry powder of Bambuterol when necessary throughout the study We observed the changes of PEF,FVC before and after treatment Results:The lung function improved in experimental group after 2 weeks of therapy The morning PEF increased (P<0 05),lung function improved significantly after 4 weeks of the process (P<0 01) The alteration of lung function in the control group was not so favorable Conclusion:Bambuterol could markedly increase morning PEF and it was beneficial for preventing the attack of nocturnal asthma It indicated that Bambuterol could be a safety and effective last medicine for bronchial dilatation
