囊性肾癌(附13例报告)

Cystic renal cell carcinoma:Report of 13 cases

目的 :提高囊性肾癌的诊治水平。方法 :对近 10年来我们共收治经肾癌根治术 ,病理确诊的 13例病人进行回顾分析。结果 :3例病人术前误诊 ,全部患者术后均随访 2～ 5年 ,3年生存率 38%。结论 :囊性肾癌是肾癌的一种特殊形态类型 ,容易误诊 ,B超及 CT特征可提高诊断的准确率 。

Objective:To enhance level of the diagnosis and treatment of cystic renal cell carcinoma Methods:13 patients with cystic renal cell carcinoma in past 10 years were analyzed retrospectively All of the 13 cases had been operated and comfirmed by pathology Results:3 of 13 cases were misdiagnosed before surgery The 3 year survival rate was 38%.Conclusions:cysfic renal cell carcinoma is recognized as a specfic type of kindney neoplasmas,and ultrasound and CT can enhance the accunancy of diagnosis and treatment of it
