摘要
目的 :探讨防己黄芪胶囊对痰浊中阻型高血压病(EH)患者的血尿酸及降压效果的影响。方法 :痰浊中阻型高血压患者61例 ,分为治疗组(防己黄芪胶囊 +络活喜)34例和对照组(络活喜)27例 ,治疗6周。监测血尿酸、降压效果及中医临床症状的改善。结果 :治疗组与对照组比较 ,前者血尿酸水平有效降低 ;动态血压的谷峰比值增高 :中医临床症状积分显著降低 ,差别显著 ,P均<0.05。结论 :防己黄芪胶囊能有效改善痰浊中阻型EH患者的血尿酸代谢 ,确保平稳降压 ,并明显改善临床症状。
Objective: To investigate the effect of FangQi capsule on the level of blood uric acid and lowering blood pressure in EH (accumulation of phlegm in the body). Method: 61 cases were divided into 2 groups, a treating group in FangQi capsule, and a controll group in Norvasc. The period of treatment lasted 6 weeks. The level of blood uric acid, arterial pressure and symptoms in TCM were observed. Result: The level of blood uric acid decreased obviously and peak ratio increased distinctly in treating group. The integral of TCM symptoms in treating group is superior to that in controll group (P<0.05). Conclusion: FangQi capsule can improve the level of blood uric acid and lower blood pressure steadily, and clinical symptoms can be improved obviously.
