摘要
目的 :观察丹参对慢性肝炎纤维化指标的疗效。方法 :应用复方丹参治疗 ,分别选择20例慢性乙型肝炎 ,设置治疗组与对照组 ,对肝功能及血清纤维化指标进行对比。结果 :治疗组肝纤维化指标治疗后显著低于治疗前水平 ,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组 ,疗程中未发现毒副作用。结论 :复方丹参对改善血清纤维化指标有明显作用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on the indexes of chronic hepatitis fibrosis with Dan-shen. Method:The patients were divided into two groups: a treatment group and a control group. And each group has 20 patients with chronic Hepatitis B. The indexes of liver function and serum fibrosis were compared between these two groups. Results: After treatment, the indexes of hepatic fibrosis of the treatment group decreased obviously. The results of the treatment group were better than that of the control group. And there was no toxic and side effect. Conclusion: Fufang Dan-shen has an obvious effect on lowering the indexes of serum fibrosis.
