摘要
目的 :探讨中医治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机理。方法 :以手术移植法制作大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型。分为4组 :妇痛宁治疗组、正常对照组、模型对照组及痛经丸对照组。检测各组大鼠垂体、下丘脑、异位内膜组织中β-内啡肽、强啡肽 ;血清中内皮素 -1等含量的变化。结果 :妇痛宁治疗组明显高于其他组。结论 :中药妇痛宁可通过神经内分泌整体调节作用 ,达到治疗子宫内膜异位症的目的。
Objective: To study the mechanism of modulation on treating endometriosis(EMT).Method: Experimental EMT rat models were made by surgical transplantation. All rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: FuTongNing treating group, normal control group, model control group and TongJingWan control group. The following indexes were examined: the level of β-endothelin(β-EP) and dynorphin(DynA-13) in rat's pituitary, thalamencephalon and ectopic endometrium, the level of endothelin(ET-1) in serum.Results: The indexes of FuTongNing treating group were higher than other groups obviously.Conclusion: FuTongNing plays a role of integral modulation on treating EMT by taking effect on neuroendorine system.
