Rethinking the Web-based Education: From Point of Educational Economics

该文从四个角度反思了当前我国网络教育中出现的问题 :规模与质量之间的矛盾、网络教育成本高昂、有限资源的浪费现象严重以及缺乏有效的制度约束等 ,提出要按客观规律办事 ,加强政府职能和制度建设 。

This paper analyzed four main problems in the development of web based education in China: the conflict between scale and quality, the high cost of web based education, the greatly wasting of limited resource and the absence of effective institution.
