摘要
利用浓度梯度 SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对猪囊尾蚴的囊液和虫体 ,猪带绦虫成虫的头颈节、成节、孕节 ,猪带绦虫的虫卵以及羊囊尾蚴的蛋白成分进行了对比分析。结果发现 :囊液、虫体、头颈节、成节、孕节、虫卵、羊囊尾蚴分别有35条 (15 .0~ 15 0 .4kd)、44条 (15 .0~ 133.7kd)、2 2条 (13.3~ 163.9kd)、19条 (13.3~ 90 .1kd)、19条 (13.3~ 90 .1kd)、30条 (13.3~ 99.4)和 38条 (15 .0~ 133.4kd)蛋白带 ;其中 15 .0 kd和 35 .5 kd两条共同抗原蛋白带 ,在猪带绦虫各阶段和羊囊尾蚴中含量最大的蛋白带同时也是阶段性的共同抗原蛋白带。这些结果为下一步的保护性抗原筛选奠定了基础。
Using concentration gradient gel SDS PAGE, the protein samples of the scolex and neck segments,mature segments,pregnant segments from Taenia solium, the egg of Taenia solium, the cystic fluid and worm of Cysticercus cellulosae and the Cysticercus ovis were anelysed.The results were as following:there were 22,19,19,30,35,44,30 protein bands with the molecular weights ranged from 13.3 to 163.9 kd in the scolex and neck segrnents,mature segments,pregnant segments,egg,cystic fluid,worm, Cysticercus ovis respectively.The 15.0 and 35.5kd bands were the common protein bands and the largest amounts of the protein bands were the stage common antigens.These results lay the basis for the future isolation of protective antigens.
