辣椒单倍体与双单倍体植株叶片光合与呼吸作用研究

摘要 对辣椒单倍体和双单倍体植株的光合与呼吸作用进行了研究。结果表明,单倍体植株光合作用明显比双单倍体低,呼吸速率明显比双单倍体高。同时,单倍体植株气孔导度和蒸腾速率均较低,这些均是单倍体植株的明显特征,可以作为鉴别单倍体和双单倍体的参考指标。 Photosynthesis and respiration of m icrospore -derived pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)haploid and doubled hapliod plant we re investigated.The net photosynth etic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs )and transpiration rate(Tr )of haploid plant were lower than that of doubled haploid.However,the respiratory r ate of haploid plant was higher than t hat of doubled haploid.
