摘要
根据卫生瓷产品的性能、工艺、审美要求 ,提出了基于虚拟现实技术研制卫生瓷产品 CAD系统的思想 ,建立了卫生瓷产品 CAD系统的总体框架 ,论述了在用户交互中采用可视化技术实现坐便器参数化造型而使用的几种分析求解算法 .所开发的 CAD系统能实现设计的实时修改、效果再现 ,并为客户创建虚拟的卫生瓷产品使用环境 ,从而有利于快速推出适应市场需求的产品 .
According to the requirements of performance, process planning and aesthetics in bathroom ceramic product design, a general architecture of Virtual Reality based CAD system was worked out. Some analysis and styling algorithms used to realize the parametric design of toilet through simple and friendly user-interface are described in detail. Using this system, real-time modification and rendering can be fulfiled during the design phase. A virtual environment is implemented to assist customers choosing desired products. Practical application shows that the customized CAD system can improve the efficiency of new product development so to satisfy the rapidly changing demands on market.
