摘要
提出了一种应用于产品制造企业管理的实用网络计划方法,探讨了企业应用网络图的规范化问题以及计划优化问题,并开发了一个软件系统以支持该方法的应用。
A practical CPM method, which is applied to the management of product manufacturing enterprise is presented in this paper. Normalization of CPM activity graph based on bill of material and process, balance and optimization of resources and time among multiple products manufacturing project, and automatic creating of executable production schedule from CPM net-plan are discussed in detail . And a software system is also developed to support the application of this method.
