搜索引擎是人们在Internet上快速获得信息的重要工具之一,但是由于中文自身的特点,使得检索结果的准确性和相关性不是很高,将Web挖掘技术应用到搜索引擎领域,从而产生智能搜索引擎,将会给用户提供一个高效、准确的Web检索工具。文章首先介绍了搜索引擎的工作原理和相关概念,然后介绍了Web挖掘的定义、分类和应用。最后,详细讨论了Web挖掘技术在智能搜索引擎的重要应用。

The search engine is a very important tool for people to obtain information on Internet.Because of the char-acter of Chinese,the veracity and relativity of the retrieval result are not very high.Using Web-mining technology into search engine field,intelligent search engine is formed,which will provide users an effective and accurate web informa-tion searching tool.This paper introduces the theory and correlative conception of search engine first,then the definition,classification and the application of web mining are introduced.At last,the important applications of web mining technol-ogy in intelligent search engine are discussed in detail.
