采用VB6.0和SYSTOP GIS将作物病虫害的发生程度、传播情形、地理分布以桌面地图形式显示;集成气象、作物品种、病虫害信息、防治措施及知识和数学模型对作物病虫害进行动态预测、诊断、综合治理与评价。

The paper introduces the design and application of PISGIS based on VB6.0 and SYSTOP GIS. It has the functions of forecast、decision-making and diagnose for the population of plant diseases and insect pests .In order to help the peasants to design the prevention and cure measures with a better way. The system transforms the abstract data and information on plant diseases and insect pests into graphics mode.
