摘要
选择了 1 2份有希望的春小麦高代稳定材料 ,对其光合生理的变化及其和宁夏地区当家品种宁春 4号的光合特性进行了比较研究。结果表明 :供试各小麦材料在光合速率、叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光 (Yield和Fv/ Fm)等光合特性上存在较大差异 ,此三种生理性状的综合作用决定了各小麦材料光合性能的不同 ,其中有三份高代稳定材料的光合性能超过宁春 4号。
Study on changes of photosynthetic physiologic of 12 promising spring wheat stable lines and differences of photosynthetic thetisc capacity between the stable lines and Ningchun4 mainly planted in Ningxia was compared. The results showed that the change dynamics of photosynthetic rate?chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence (Yield and Fv/Fm)of wheat was significantly differences. The multiple actions of these physiologic characters determined photosynthetic character. The photosynthetic capacity of three stable lines was better than that of Ningchun4.
