摘要 利用河流一维水质模拟模型建立新都县主要河渠水污染总量控制模型 ,采用遗传算法求解 ,获得各污染源的最大允许负荷和各河段CODCr的时空变化 ,总量控制实施后 ,三个河段的CODCr最大浓度均已控制在 2 0mg/L以下 ,并在经过污染源密集区后迅速衰减 ,从而保证了总量控制目标的实现。 Based on the 1 dimension numerical simulation model of water quality, a total quantity control model for water pollution in Xindu County is established. The maximum permissive load of COD Cr at each pollution source and COD Cr distribution with both time and distance are obtained from the model which is solved by employing genetic algorithm search. With the execution of total quantity control, the maximal concentration of COD Cr in three reaches has been reduced less than 20 mg/L and quickly declines after passing distracts densely filled with pollution source,thus reaching the goal of the total quantity control.
