摘要
采用XDA型树脂动态吸附法处理乐果生产废水 ,系统研究了浓度、吸附、pH值、温度等因素对树脂吸附性能的影响。结果显示 ,在 2 5℃和不高于 2 .6BV/h的流速条件下 ,树脂对中性水样中浓度在 6 0 0 0mg/L以下的乐果的吸附效率可达 90 %以上 ,树脂在动态吸附穿漏点以前的工作吸附量约为 6 8mg/ml;可采用甲醇进行有效动态解吸 ;树脂的重复使用性能较好。
The wastewater containing dimethoate was treated by XDA adsorption resin . The concentration, current velocity, pH and temperature that effect the adsorption process were investigated .The results showed that the adsorption efficiency of dimethoate in wastewater by the resin is over 90% at the temperature of 25?℃, pH = 5 ~ 7,below 2.6?BV/h current rate and concentration 6000? mg / L. The adsorption capacity of resin to dimethoate is about 68? mg / ml before breakdown. At room temperature(25?℃),about 1.0?BV/h current rate, dimethoate could be efficiently eluted using methanol. The XDA's recycling property is satisfactory.
