摘要
将PES膜封装固定在聚碳酸酯壳体内 ,组装成中空纤维膜血液滤过器。用尿素、肌酐、VitB12 和生理盐水配成的模拟液 ,以及此模拟液与血液的混合液作为测试介质 ,进行评价。蛋白质的测定采用双缩脲法 ,尿素、肌酐和VitB12 浓度的测定采用分光光度法。模拟液中尿素、肌酐和VitB12 的筛分系数分别为 96 %、10 0 %、83% ,在TMP为113± 13kPa条件下 ,清除率分别 5 8.6mL/min、6 1.0mL/min、5 0 .6mL/min ,清除分数分别为 0 .2 9、0 .31、0 .2 5。血液中尿素、肌酐和VitB12 的筛分系数分别为 10 0 %、10 0 %、72 % ,清除率分别为 2 9.0mL/min、2 9.0mL/min、2 0 .9mL/min ,清除分数 0 .15、0 .15、0 .10。对蛋白质的筛分系数 1.8% ,可以看出聚醚砜中空纤维膜滤过时的介质不同 ,滤过清除性能也不同。该膜能较好地清除血液中的尿素、肌酐和VitB12 ,从而可望成为一种较好的血液滤过膜。
Seal and fix PES membrane in the Polycarbonate (PC) shell to form a hollow fiber membrane hemofilter. Use urea, creatinine, Vitamin B 12 and normal saline to compose a simulated solution. The simulated solution and its mixture with blood are determined respectively. Determine protein by biuret.Determine the concentration of urea, creatinine and Vitamin B 12 by measuring the optical density with spectrophotometer.The sieving coefficients of urea, creatinine, and Vitamin B 12 of the simulated solution are 96%, 100% and 83% respectively. When transmembrane pressure ( TMP ) are 113±13?kPa, the clearance of urea, creatinine and Vitamin B 12 are 58.6?mL/min, 61.0?mL/min and 50.6?mL/min respectively, and clear fraction of these are 0.29, 0.31 and 0.25. The sieving coefficient of urea, creatinine, and Vitamin B 12 of the blood are 100%, 100% and 72% respectively. At the same TMP , the clearance of urea, creatinine and Vitamin B 12 is 29.0?mL/min, 29.0?mL/min and 20.9?mL/min respectively, and the clear fraction of blood are 0.15, 0.15 and 0.10. The sieving coefficient of protein is 1.8%. PES hollow fiber hemofiltration membrane can effectively clean the urea, creatinine and Vitamin B 12 of the blood, and it is a prospective membrane for hemofilter.
