摘要
考察在不同搅拌强度下SO2 的脱硫率及锰离子浸出率 ,在低转速范围 ,溶液中脱硫反应主要以MnO2 和SO2为主 ,其产物主要为硫酸锰。在高转速范围 ,由于溶液中溶解氧浓度增大 ,脱硫反应则为在Mn2 + 、Fe2 + 等催化下 ,水吸收SO2 脱硫和MnO2 与SO2 氧化脱硫反应并存 ,其产物为硫酸锰和稀硫酸的混合物。
The desulfurization and the leaching of Mn 2+ were studied under different agitation rate.The results showed that within the low stirring speed, desulfurization reaction mainly occurs between MnO 2 and SO 2 , and the main product is MnSO 4. Within high stirring speed, because of the increase of solving oxygen concentration in solution , desulfurization process is the combination of the reaction of water absorbing under catalysis function of Mn 2+ , Fe 2+ etc. as catalyst, and the reaction of MnO 2 and SO 2 ,and the end product are the mixture of MnSO 4 and dilute H 2SO 4.
