横机退圈过程的力学分析(英文) 被引量:4

摘要 针对目前普通横机在退圈过程中存在着织物随针上浮、舌针退圈动程较大的问题 ,运用力学方法 ,对退圈过程中旧线圈的运动及受力情况进行了分析。分析发现 ,在正常编织条件下 ,摩擦角一定 ,牵拉方式一定 ,针舌座曲线的倾角是影响织物上浮、存在退圈空程的主要因素。因此 ,在设计舌针时 ,在满足针钩外径及安装针舌需求的条件下 ,减小针舌座曲线的倾角及针舌上翘的角度 ,可有效提高退圈动作的可靠性 。 Now there are problems that loops rise with latch needles and clearing stroke of the needles is greater during clearing in ordinary flat knitting machine. In order to solve these problems, the motion of old loop and the forces acting on old loop during clearing are analyzed by using mechanics methods. It is discovered that the inclination of latch stand curve is one of the main factors that have an effect on loops rising and clearing idle motion. As a result the ideas improving the design and manufacture of latch needles used in flat knitting machines is put forward.
