摘要 用含 Zn Cl2 的二甲基亚砜溶液做电解液可在 Si衬底上电化学沉积纳米晶薄膜 .薄膜的粒径尺寸为8.9nm,样品的光致发光谱以紫外发射峰为主 .分析表明用本文介绍的方法可以制备高质量的不含 - OH的 Zn Nanocrystalline ZnO films have been growm by cathodic electrodeposition from dimethylsulfoxide solutions containing ZnCl 2 on Si substrates at room temperature. The mean grain size of ZnO particles is 8.9nm. The exciton emission dominated in the photoluminescence spectra. The results show that the ZnO films free from -OH grown by the method introduced in this paper is of high quality.
