摘要
干涉仪的零位确定问题 ,是激光干涉仪应用中的关键问题之一 .所提出的合成光源串联干涉仪方案 ,容易实现 ,可以保证较高的精度 .叙述了串联干涉仪的工作原理和多模激光二极管光源的合成技术 ,并进行了仿真计算 .结果表明 ,合成光源能够将降低光源的相干长度 ,有利于干涉信号中心条纹位置的辨别 ;串联干涉仪能够解决干涉仪初始位置 (或者零位 )确定问题 。
Determination of zero point is one of the keys to the application of interferometer. The suggested use of series fiber optic interferometer with a synthesized source can be easily implemented to achieve high precision. The operation of the series fiber optic interferometer with synthesized source was simulated and the results show that synthesized source can decrease the coherence length, and is beneficial for central position identification. The series interferometer can solve the problem of beginning or zero position in an increasemental interferometer and provide a new method for the design and investigation of absolute interferometer.
