摘要
以 7年生‘新红星’苹果为试材 ,研究了水杨酸 (SA)在果实发育中的作用。结果表明 ,在果实生长发育期间SA出现一个含量高峰 ,随着果实的成熟 ,SA含量呈现下降趋势。于 8月中下旬用SA进行喷施处理 ,各浓度都抑制了果实采后PG、PME活性 ,其中以SA 0 .0 0 2mmol·L- 1处理作用最强 ;在圆片培养中 ,SA 0 .0 0 2mmol·L- 1处理同样抑制了PG、PME活性 ;不同浓度SA喷施处理可明显降低果实呼吸速率 ,延缓后熟。
The regulation of Salicylic acid (SA) on ripening and senescence of `Starkrimson' apple fruits was investigated by spraying SA. Endogenous SA content peak appeared at the early stage of fruit development but decreased later. Whereas polygalacturonase (PG) and pectinmethylesterase (PME) activities were lower in the fruits sprayed with SA in August seasons before harvest while the effects of 0.002mmol·L -1 SA was significant ; Furthermore, SA inhibited the fruit respiratory rate during store stage. The data suggested SA could delay fruit ripening.
