需要层次理论及在我院管理中的应用

摘要 人的基本需要可归纳为生理、安全、交往、尊重和自我实现等 5类 ,这 5类需要又是由低级到高级逐级形成和满足的。当较低级的需要得到满足时将不再起到激励作用 ,此时较高一级的需要将成为未满足的优势需要 ,这种优势需要决定人的行为方向。结合林业调查工作 ,若想对职工进行有效的激励 ,首先就应明确了解职工当前的优势需要 ,然后设法并尽可能创造条件去满足这些需要 ,使其最大限度地投入到工作和学习中 。 The requirements of human beings included five classes basically, physiological need, safety, communication, respect, realization of self value. Those requirements formed and were satisfied gradually from basic to advanced level. It would not inspire human beings once the basic requirement was fulfilled, whereas the next higher requirement became the prior requirement which could dominate people's behavior. The results of analysis indicated that for personnel management of a forestry unit, it is a key and important point to learn and try to satisfy the prior requirements of the staff.
