自然保护区生态旅游开发与保护浅析

Eco-tourism Development and Protection of Nature Reserve

论述了自然保护区生态旅游的函义、内容 ,生态旅游与传统森林旅游在目标、受益者、管理方式、正负面影响等方面的不同特征。指出 ,生态旅游是我国大多数自然保护区生存发展的最佳策略。自然保护区的开发和保护是辩证的矛盾统一 :保护是开发的前提 ,是为了更好地开发 ,而开发是保护的体现 ,是自然保护区发展的基础 ,开发是一种积极的保护。据此提出了自然保护区生态旅游开发与保护的对策。

The meaning and content of eco tourism, and the differences of development objectives, beneficiaries, managing model and influences between eco tourism and traditional tourism were described. It was pointed out that eco tourism was the best developing choice for most of the nature reserves in China. Protection is a prerequisite of exploitation, and exploitation is the reflection of protection and the basis of nature reserve development. Exploitation is an active way of protection. Strategies of exploiting and protecting eco tourism resources of nature reserves were proposed in this paper.
