摘要
目的检查正常青年人DPOAE范围 ,为临床应用提供良好依据。方法对 30例 (6 0耳 )听力正常青年人 ,用CAPELLA机型耳声发射仪进行DPOAE测试 ,选择初始音强度L1 =70dBSPL ,L2 =6 0dBSPL ,水平差 10dBSPL。结果DPOAE总检出率为 10 0 % ,正常青年人DPOAE幅值差距大 ,显示出明显个体差异 ,不同频率处DPOAE幅值有所不同 ,1KHz、8KHz处幅值最大 ,信噪比各频率均在 10dBSPL以上 (明显高出 3dBSPL)。结论发现不同频率下DPOAE图形非光滑曲线 ,而呈双峰型 ,双耳无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。
Objective In order to provide basis for clinical use,DPOAE exams were conducted in healthy youth.Methods 30 healthy youth (60 ears) were detected for DPOAE using OAE apparatus of CAPELLA type.L 1 =70 dB SPL,L 2 =60 dB SPL were selected as initial intensities.The level difference was 10dB SPL.Results The total detectable rate of DPOAE was 100%.Significant differences existed between different individuals.The values of amplitude were different for separate frequencies.It was biggest in 1KHz and 8KHz.S/N ratio was higher than 10 dB SPL (significantly higher than 3dB SPL) for all frequencies.Conclusion The curves of DPOAE are not smooth under different frequencies,manifesting 2 peaks feature.No significant differences exist between bilateral ears ( P >0 05)
