人工心脏起搏器安置术并发症及其防治(附134例报告)

Complications of partificial cardial pacemaker implanted operation and their prevention and treatment

目的探讨人工心脏起搏器安置术的并发症及其防治。方法 134例患者 ,男性 88例 ,女性 46例 ,年龄 2 0～ 90岁。病态窦房结综合征 6 9例 ,高度房室传导阻滞或束支阻滞 6 5例。植入各类人工心脏起搏器 134台。结果发生并发症 11例 ,发生率 8 2 % ,大部分与手术有关。电极经锁骨下静脉穿刺植入 96例 ,无一例发生与穿刺有关的并发症。结论注意充分术前准备 ,严密术中操作 ,严格术后观察 ,可减少并发症发生率 ;及时有效地处理并发症 ,可避免严重后果。锁骨下静脉穿刺术可作为起搏电极植入的常规途径。

Objective To explore complication of partificial cardial pacemaker implanted operation and their prevention and treatment.Methods 134 patients (88 males and 46 females) with age between 20 to 90 years,69 with sick sinus syndrome,65 with advanced atrioventricular block or fascicular block were implanted pacemaker of different type.Results 11 patients happened complication (8.2%),their great majority were related to operation.96 electrodes were implanted through the subclavian vein.All complication were not related to implant. Conclusion To pay attention to ample preparation,close operation and strict observation will be decreased the complication rate when pacemaker was implanted.The serious result will be avoided by timely and effective treatment.It may be used as a common practice way that electrodes were implanted through the subclavian vein.
