New Democratic Society and New Mode of Capitalism

毛泽东、张闻天等中国共产党领导人强调“新式资本主义”实际上就是新民主主义政权能够控制和利用的资本主义。新民主主义社会形态的特殊性、过渡性以及“新式资本主义”所呈现的特殊性和过渡性，是新民主主义社会允许“新式资本主义”存在和发展的原因。

In accordance with the remarks by Mao Ze-dong ,Zhang Wen-tian,this article deals with the relationship between the new democratic society and new mode of capitalism.Then the special features of new democratic society with its transition stage and the special features of new mode of capitalism with its transition stage are demonstrated.Finally,the reason for the co-existence of new democratic society and new mode of capitalism is analyzed.
