Historically,there was a beautiful mountains and rivers-land,plentiful products in the North-west,things got nuch worse later on ,the scholars of natural history,environmental history and national history have plenty of suggestions concerning this.In great development of western China,we should lay sterss on national questions,and study the harmory of national relations,the writer deems that the exploitation is not only economic questions but social questions.
