试论高校图书馆与资料室的协调发展

On Coordination and Development Trend of the Library and Reference Room in Colleges and Universities

高校图书建设和图书资料工作者必须面对图书馆与资料室并存的现实问题。大学图书馆与资料室本是“同根生”,与公共图书馆有不同的工作性质 ,图书馆与资料室应重在协调、并存发展 ,才会有“双赢”的效果。

It is a long-standing and practical problem that the library and the reference room coexist in colleges and universities. How to face this problem squarely and consider it seriously is what faces the reference workers.This paper realizes the importance of the coordination of the library and the reference room by discussing the nature of the reference work in colleges and universities, and puts forward and discusses several development trends of the coexistence of the library and the reference room in colleges and universities in the future.
