从移民的类型、特点、现存的主要问题和移民立法 ,结合世界级的水电工程———三峡工程的移民实践 ,对移民问题 。
From the types and features of migrants, the main existing problems and migration legislation, combing with the migration practice in Three Gorges Project,this paper analyzes and studies the issue of migration, particularly the migration legislation.
